ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of the 50 United States, D.C., and Canada, you must be 18 years and older. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Entry in the Sweepstakes or Contest constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of these Official Rules.

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The sweepstakes begins on June 5, 2023 and ends on July 10, 2023. All entries must be received by July 10, 2023 at 11:59 PM Pacific Daylight Time to be eligible. All entries must be received by the specified deadline to be eligible. NoSplit LLC reserves the right to end the contest at any time. Winners will be selected from entries correctly submitted and timely received during the Sweepstakes Period.

HOW TO ENTER:

To enter the sweepstakes on Facebook, follow these steps:

1. Follow the official NoSplit Facebook page. 

2. Find the sweepstakes post and share it on your timeline.

To enter the sweepstakes on Twitter, follow these steps:

1. Follow the official NoSplit Twitter account.

2. Retweet the sweepstakes post to your followers.

To enter the sweepstakes on Twitch, follow these steps:

1. Follow the official NoSplit Twitch channel.

2. Enter the sweepstakes by typing "!enter" in the chat during the designated entry period.

PRIZE: The Prize will be delivered to the winning entrant’s address or at the sole option and discretion of the contest sponsor to a recipient designated by the contest winner. Prizes are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash. Up to 200 posters will be awarded, depending on the number of eligible entries received. The winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received.

WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: The winners will be selected through a random drawing from all eligible entries. The winners will be notified through direct message on the platform they entered within 30 days of being selected. The winners must provide the necessary information for poster delivery within 30 days of being notified.

PUBLICITY: NoSplit respects your privacy and will not publicly announce the names or handles of the winners without explicit written consent. Any personal information provided by the winners will be used solely for the purpose of poster delivery and may be shared with third-party service providers strictly for that purpose.

RELEASE AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: By participating, entrants release NoSplit and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with the sweepstakes.

GENERAL RULES: By entering or participating in the Sweepstakes or Contest, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules, and by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: NoSplit reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the sweepstakes if any fraud, technical issues, or other factors beyond its control impair the integrity of the sweepstakes. NoSplit is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries.

GOVERNING LAW: The sweepstakes is governed by the laws of Phoenix, Arizona. Any disputes arising from or related to the sweepstakes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within Phoenix, Arizona.
